Taylor worked at the Children's Hospital providing counseling and support to children and their families who faced many challenges. During her practicum in an elementary school, Taylor worked with young children providing social and school skills.  By utilizing therapeutic art techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based treatment modalities, children feel safe and welcomed. Taylor also provided counseling to college students who experienced depression, anxiety, and other life difficulties. She also works with adult clients walking alongside and empowering them to overcome obstacles.

Are you struggling to make sense of an ever-changing world? Feeling overwhelmed by life's constant challenges? Are you trying to make sense of your current or past relationships? You are not alone. As a Counselor in residency licensed by the Virginia Board of Counseling, I view psychotherapy as a powerful tool for making sense of our lives, understanding who we are and what motivates us, while fostering meaningful change in our lives. By gaining insight into our inner selves and implementing practical changes in our daily routines, we can transform our efforts into significant and positive progress. I specialize in CBT therapeutic approaches, but I am also open to other methods as needed. The success of our work together hinges on identifying the specific challenges you face and determining the most effective approach. My commitment is to deliver exceptional counseling services grounded in the highest ethical and professional standards.
